Brown to ground, first winter, , zone 5b. Might still come back, but April 19th it's fully brown. Fingers crossed.
Was a big box bare root purchased in early 2024. Bloomed true to type. Mosaic virus and struggled with black spot most of the summer.

I've tried this one twice now, and both times it died. Not sure if it's just too much of a diva for the Houston area, or if I managed to get two weak plants.
