Introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 1997 as 'Celina'.

Light yellow. [Deep yellow.]  Mild, moderate fragrance.  15 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" to 32" (80cm).  Width: 31" (80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The US Patent for this rose describes it as follows: Flower Carpet Yellow (NOAson) has attractive light yellow blossoms. Flowers most often appear in sprays of from 25 to 30 blooms each. Buds are a light soft yellow with some reddish coloration on the edges. Blossoms last approximately 3 to 4 days on the plant. Hips are small, round and green with a reddish tint. Winter hardiness is said to be good. The cross that produced this rose took place in May 1990.
