Bought by Blackstreet Capital, a private equity firm, for $12.8 million, J&P and Park Seed are presently operating under the name Jackson Perkins Park Acquisition, and maintaining its headquarters in Greenwood, South Carolina where J&P moved after purchase by Park Seed Company in 2007.
