Bred by Louis Lens (1924-2001) (Belgium, 1988).
Introduced in Belgium by Lens Roses/Louis Lens N.V./Pépinières Louis Lens SA in 1995 as 'Robe Fleurie'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Light pink, white center.  Strong fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Arching.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.
