Dr. Huey was the rootstock of one of my HT roses, Pink Promise that did not make it through the winter. It has no detectable scent, and it only blooms in one gigantic flush of Dark red roses. The roses are of the old fashioned type, not many petals and a little scruffy looking. BUT It has made it through some tough Minnesota winters and even a tornado. It comes back stronger every year, and blooms on old and new wood. That makes it a winner in my book. 6/22/2013
