Northern Skåne, Sweden

Working with a small garden in Swedish Zone 2, said to be USDA Zone 7a, but plant hardiness seems to correspond to Zone 6. Winters are usually dark but mild and rainy followed by possible nighttime extreme temperatures of almost -15 °C coming into spring. Roses that do not easily go into dormancy or come out too early are often killed by these late cold snaps. We have mild, though sometimes very wet, summers and 17½ hours of daylight at midsummer.
