Hello everyone. I bought this rose 2 days ago when I passed by our local nursery after some grocery shopping. I don't know what's it's name since here in the Philippines they call all roses based on their color. The local nursery did not know what umm cultivar it is or where it originated. *sighs*

Today I went to the hardware store and bought granular fertilizer 14-14-14 and there was another that caught my attention a 15-15-30. Which one should I use for my plant?

Attached are some of the photos I took using my rather old phone, so pardon the poor quality. Can you help me identify what rose it is? Total height is around a foot to a foot and a half not wide though. I am interested in the green bark it has.
