4 acre English Style garden consisting of a series of 7 themed rooms linked by a walk. Over 2500 roses, extensive collection of magnolias, rhododendrons, deciduous trees and shrubs, bulbs and perennials - all selected varieties suited to a warm temperate climate. Winters are short with no snow and small numbers of frosts. Summers are long but temperatures rarely exceed 34C. Night temperatures cool.Good 4 season differentiation. Latitude 28 degrees south and elevation 670m. Established 14 years
