The ripe hip of the first (and so far the only) rose flower of Rosa Persica from 2006 here in my pots. Its the situation about 3 months after pollinating it with a mixture of rose pollen end of May 2006, the foto has been taken at September, 2nd, 2006. So far, I got no seedlings of Rosa Persica from own crossings with other roses - but I got 3 seeds (1 bigger seed, 2 smaller ones) out of this crossing done in the morning of May, 24th in 2006. And I hope these seeds will germinate, too, maybe they will. But its a bit like "gambling", to hope that. ;-)
