Although this rose is said to be very popular around the world, it is almost unknown in Norway. I was lucky to get it from the local nursery this spring. I am quite satisfied with it as a first year`s plant.The single,dark red, velvety flower is stunning. Here seen with some raindrops on it.This is a "Christmas Rose", and I hope that I one year will be able to cut a rose and put it up in a vase for christmas.
