Bred by Robert Neil Rippetoe (United States, 2010).

Hybrid Banksia, Hybrid Laevigata.  

Lavender, violet reverse, ages to white .  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Sparse, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Medium.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 5' (up to 150cm).

Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  

I've been watching the development of this seedling and have come to the conclusion parentage is likely as stated. It has been extremely slow to develop but now is gaining vigor.

This is the only seedling produced in 2010 with the pollen parent, after multiple attempts.
