Origin:
Bred by Gerrit Pieter Ilsink (Netherlands, before 2001).
Introduced in Netherlands by Interplant BV in 2002 as 'Ruffles Passion'.
Class:
Patio, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red, white reverse.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, dense.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).  Width: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
