Bred by Reimer Kordes (1922-1997) (Germany, before 1966).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. (Newark, NY) in 1967 as 'Valencia'.
Introduced in Australia by Treloar Roses in 1968 as 'Valencia'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Apricot - orange, copper undertones.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Bushy, upright.  Glossy, leathery foliage.  

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
