Bloom:
Carmine-red, violet-red outer petals, ages to violet .  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, rosette bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
