Origin:
Bred by Edward Burton Le Grice (1902-1977) (United Kingdom, 1956).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1958 as 'All Gold'.
Introduced in United States by Wayside Gardens in 1958 as 'Allgold'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, golden-yellow stamens.  Straw yellow to Chinese yellow, unfading.  Mild fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact, dense, well-branched.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  produces decorative hips.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The patent application contains detailed botanical descriptions, except it omits the number of petals! The unique qualities of this roses are described as follows: "The most distinctive feature and characteristic of the new hybrid rose plant is the yellow color of the blooms and its intensity and consistency in all stages of bloom, throughout the entire blooming period, and all parts of the flower. Other distinctive features are the depth of color of the foliage and the deepening red of the mid-rib where it joins the petiole and stem; the bearing of the flowers, many of which are carried singly, but quite often in flower heads springing from the base; the production on side shoots of from one to three flowers, the excellent healthy of the plant, and its medium bushy growth which makes it excellent for bedding."
