For a business to remain operating for sixty continuous years is a milestone. For it to remain functioning with the founder still involved in the daily operations is even more so. This is an archive of what Sequoia Nursery offered in their full color, printed, Sixtieth Anniversary Catalog. What was physically available, ready for immediate shipment at that time was a much, much greater selection.

Sequoia remained in operation for an additional decade before giving their breeding stock, seedlings and commercial variety collections to Texas A&M for further research and development. Sequoia Nursery ceased operations April 30, 2008.
