Established 1923 in Orléans, when Raymond Gaujard bought the nursery of G. David. Raymond Gaujard started breeding roses in 1947. He was succeeded 1960 by his sons André and Jean. In 1964 the nursery moved to St-Deni- en- Val. In 1992, Pierre Gaujard, son of André, took over as the third generation. In 2017 the nursery moved to a new location south of Angers.
