Origin:
Bred by Fauré (France, before 1928).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1928 as 'Madame Jouanet'.
Class:
Early Large Flowered.  
Bloom:
Mauve, violet-red edges.  Medium to large, semi-double to double bloom form.
