Introduced by Priorswood Clematis Nursery in 1993 as 'The Vagabond'.

Early Large Flowered.  
Bloom:
6 to 8 petals.  Average diameter 6".  Single bloom form.  Late spring to early summer, late summer to early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 5' to 6' (150 to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.
