Mini-Flora, Miniature.  
Bloom:
Yellow blend.  Mild fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Nor'East Miniature Roses says the blooms of Autumn Splendor™ are yellow, gold, and orange with an occasional touch of red... The plant is large for a miniature, so go easy on the fertilizer...
